PRICING GUIDE

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Decorator agrees to provide interior decorating services, which may include space planning, color consultation, and the selection of furnishings and décor.

FEE STRUCTURE

The Client agrees to pay the Decorator based on the following fee schedule:

• Hourly Professional Rate: All general decorating work, including meetings and site visits, shall be billed for $80.00 per hour.

• Art, Décor and Furniture Sourcing: Sourcing of specific art, decorative, and furniture items shall be billed at $100.00 per hour.

• Initial Consultation: A 15-Minute phone or FaceTime consultation shall be billed at a flat rate of $20.00, payable before or at the time of the call.

REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES

The Client shall reimburse the Decorator for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the project. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Merchandise Purchases: The actual cost of all furniture, art, textiles, and décor purchased by the Decorator on the Client’s behalf.

• Sales Tax: All applicable taxes on purchased goods.

• Travel: Mileage beyond [85338] miles billed at [Rate, e.g., $0.72] Per mile.

DESIGN REVISIONS or FOLLOW-UP

A 15-minute call or FaceTime consultation shall be billed at a flat rate of $20.00, payable before or at the time of the call.

• Design Revision: When a client likes the direction but wants to see different options for specific pieces (e.g., “I like the layout, but show me three different rug options”).

• Post-Consultation Support: Any additional advice, emails, or item links sent after the official meeting ends.

• Change of Scope: When the client starts asking for ideas for a different room or different style after the official meeting ends.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client shall be responsible for final payment upon job completion through either Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check.  

REFUNDS

Service fees (consultations and hourly work) are non-refundable. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & CREDITS

The Decorator reserves the right to photograph the completed project for promotional purposes. Client privacy will be respected, and no personal details will be shared without consent.
